STEP - BY - STEP

Available ONLY in WinXp and higher |
| 1. Install
or Open Windows
LIVE Messenger |
*. Click
the "Get it Free" button. *.
Save the file to your desktop
- the default filename is "Install Messenger .exe"
*. Install the messenger by following
the onscreen instructions. When prompted, uncheck all boxes
except the "Windows Messenger Shortcuts" option.

Follow instructions to set up an MSN account if you have not
already.
- Please use the information provided below when prompted
for login information
Email: (YOUR
First and Last name) remote@hotmail.com
Password: apexpc |

Add apexpctechsupport@hotmail.com
to your contact list.

| 4.
Request remote assistance through Windows LIVE Messenger by
doing the following: |

Right Click the contact "apexpctechsupport"
and select "Start an Activity
"
* At
the bottom of the list that will pop up ( under "Activities"
) select "Request Remote Assistance"
* Wait
on ApexTechSupport to allow the connection.
* Allow
the invitation to accept the connection on your end.
* Now,
Sit back and relax and let ApexPC fix your problem. |
